Emerald Bay Hike - July 7th

Even though our Tahoe trip is now old news, I wanted to keep my word on posting about our Emerald Bay hike.

On Tuesday, July 7th, we drove for an hour from Northstar to Emerald Bay, which is on the southwest side of the lake. Once there, we hiked a mile down to the beach where there is an old house-turned-tourist stop called Vikingsholm. It was built in 1929.

The walk back up was tiring since I had to push the Bob stroller all the way back up. Darcy luckily got to push the stroller on the way down, when gravity was on her side. Here's a video of some of that part:
